Join Nourish for our 5th Annual Good Food Party fundraiser. An evening at the beautifully renovated Miley Barn featuring

  • a locally-sourced meal prepared by Chef James Jens owner of Dinners with Class,
  • unique bluegrass music performed by the Honeygoats
  • Good Food Champion Award presentation to Peter and Bernadette Seely of Springdale Farm,
  • unique cooking demonstrations by several local chefs and mixologists using locally sourced ingredients, and
  • a distinctive silent and live auction featuring local food and local businesses.

Spinach and cider balsamic dressing with walnuts, pepper roasted apples and pearl onions

Summer squash and okra salad with roasted pepper and tomato dressing

Beef ossobuco with braised root vegetables

Wheat berry and roasted vegetable cabbage roll with sumac-tomato-herb broth

Desserts

Chardonnay raisin polenta cake with lemon glaze

Brownie cheesecake with grasshopper whipped cream
